Cooking Class at TASWI

TASWI hosted various community members at its cooking class series on Jan 16, 2016. The theme of the night was Antep kitchen where the participants learned how to cook Ezo The Bride Soup and Antep Style Black Eyed Pea Salad. Some guests participated in their Packers jerseys to show their support before the Packers vs. Cardinals game on the same night.

Jenny, who attended TASWI events for the first time, said she was looking for a unique event on the paper and decided to come to TASWI. The guests were formed in groups to cook the meals then tasted delicious food that they cooked and cooked at volunteer’s home earlier. John said cooking the soup was easier than he had anticipated. The program was concluded after the meal and friendly round table conversations.
